Ongoing maintenance for the Ramada Plaza, Southport
Kimpton service and maintenance department are pleased to have secured the Planned Maintenance Contract for The Ramada Plaza Hotel in Southport, a number one rated, 4-star establishment set in the beautiful Waterfront complex. The hotel has 133 luxurious rooms, marine brassiere and bar area all with spectacular views across the water.
The Site Facilities Manager who awarded ourselves with the contract had previously employed our services whilst working for another large hotel chain. Having moved to The Ramada he was keen to bring our service and maintenance team with him! It’s a real testament to the service we provide that he chose to rely on Kimpton again and use the service and maintenance team in his new role.
With the bedrooms and public spaces all being fully air-conditioned with Mitsubishi air source and ground source condensers and the domestic hot water supplied from highly efficient gas-fired water heaters. Our remit will be to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure the optimum performance of all of their mechanical equipment.
It’s a perfect fit for the Kimpton business as our in-house engineers are able to cover the planned and reactive maintenance requirements to all HVAC equipment and have specific expertise with Mitsubishi air conditioning systems being one of the very few Mitsubishi Business Partners in the UK.
