We have always believed that investment in apprenticeships creates a stronger future for the business, and we’ve taken on over 100 apprentices over the years. We have provided them with the training and development opportunities to allow strong and sustained career progression. We’re proud to say that nine members of our current senior team began their career through a Kimpton apprenticeship.
What this means, for us a business and yourself as a client, is that if you come to us having seen a specific case study, we’ll probably still have the same team who delivered it working for us. The only difference is, that they will have gathered even more experience and skills.
