We appreciate that you may be concerned about the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on Kimpton Energy Solutions, our people and our how we work with you.
Firstly, we would like to convey our sympathies to anyone within your own circle of colleagues, friends and family that may have already been adversely affected.
Please be assured that we have a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in place that is now in operation. We are using this to help guide our actions in response to the Coronavirus and taking a number of specific actions as a result.
Currently, all of our office systems are cloud-based and we have increasingly been working flexibly. We are therefore able to respond to enquiries as normal.
In addition to this, all of our site teams have been trained on staying safe in light of the threat and are provided with regular updates.
Until we are instructed by the Government, and for certain clients even during any lockdown period, we will continue to provide our services.
COVID-19 has presented extraordinary challenges that were hard to imagine a few months ago. Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to maintain the services that you, our valued client, have come to expect.
