So, Kimpton have signed the whole team up for an employee assistance programme called Spectrum Life.

Spectrum Life Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is a confidential, free-of-charge counselling and support service that is available to all our team available 24/7 365 days a year. It provides our team and their families with access to professional counsellors who can help deal with personal or work-related issues, such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, financial difficulties, and substance abuse.
