Planning is extremely useful for business owners, no matter what industry you work in. You’ll probably find that much of your time is taken up managing your team, in meetings and speaking to your customers, and that maintenance often falls to the very bottom of your list. That’s where our planned maintenance contracts come in!
We offer two types of maintenance contracts, the first being planned preventative maintenance, otherwise known as PPM. These contracts offer ongoing support to cater for the requirements of your existing installations. The other maintenance contract we offer is one that responds to any urgent, unforeseen emergencies.
Here are some benefits of our maintenance contract.
Our maintenance contracts have been carefully designed with you in mind. To make your life easier, we will arrange for a member of the team to carry work out at the most convenient time and place to suit you. Our engineers are on hand 24/7, 365 days a year, which means that if you want the work to be carried outside of your working hours, this isn’t a problem!
Kimpton have many years of experience working in the industry, meaning that we can provide the very best service to our customers. Our knowledge and experience allows us to deal with a wide range of tasks, whether it’s scheduled maintenance or equipment breakdowns. For each maintenance project, our engineers use a state-of-the-art central Field Service Management System. This enables the reliable and secure transfer of information about jobs, assets and safety checks between engineers, office and clients, ensuring efficiency throughout the project.
As a business owner, you will know just how important it is to keep downtime to a minimum. If your heating, cooling or ventilation breaks down, it’s essential to get back up and running as soon as possible. If you don’t, you will not only cause disruption to your employees but will also lose money. In most cases, we will respond to issues within 4 hours so if your problem is urgent we should be able to keep downtime to an absolute minimum.
One newer area of work is in acoustic enclosures. Whilst the enclosures themselves take very little planned maintenance, the machinery they enclose normally does. One big advantage of the Kimpton Group is that we can offer ongoing maintenance support for both areas of business.
