After our success at the Liverpool Chamber Innovation in Business Awards, we’re maybe even more thrilled to be finalists in three categories for the 2024 awards.
These are Sustainable Business of the Year, Business of the Year (Over 30 employees) and Talent Development. Sustainability and talent development are both areas we put a great deal of business focus on and feel that we work hard as a team to be the best we can in the way we conduct our business. It’s always really great when this is recognised externally too.
We’re also delighted to announce that our Estimator Grace Roberts has been nominated for the Young Person of the Year Award and our Business Development Manager Matt Breakwell has been nominated for the Leadership Innovation Award!
The work the pair of them have been doing in changing perceptions of jobs in construction is helping encourage more women to join our business and choose to develop their career with us. This can only be good news for the long term future of Kimpton and the industry as a whole.
