    Well, what a year that was. Let’s hope it’s the last COVID dominated year in our lifetimes and that the world gets back to business as usual without much further delay.

    In case of emergency

    Over the Christmas period, our maintenance team will, as usual, be on call in case of an emergency. If you do have a heating, plumbing or ventilation emergency, then please do call the office on 0151 343 1963. The phones will be manned 24/7 throughout the Christmas period and providing that you are a contracted client we will be able to arrange for one of our Service Engineers to visit and get you back up and running as soon as practicably possible.

    For the rest of the team, things are more conventional.

    Contracts and Acoustic Engineering

    Whilst a skeleton staff will be available throughout the ‘shut-down’ both the Contracts and Acoustics Engineering offices will close on Friday 18th December at 12.30 and will return Monday 4th January bright and breezy.

    Service and Maintenance

    The Service and Maintenance Office closes at 12 noon on the 24th December and re-opens 4th January 2021 at 08.00.

    Looking back at the year

    As a business, we have survived it and are relieved to see the back of 2020. We know there have been others out there who have had the toughest year of their lives and our thoughts go out to those affected as we sincerely wish that 2021 sees your fortunes change for the better.

    Have a happy, healthy and restful break and let’s all come back fighting and thriving on whatever the coming year brings.
