Seasons Greetings from the Kimpton team

The year is nearly up and it’s time for us to take a break, rest reflect and prepare for another new year ahead.

2019 has been a milestone year for us with interesting projects, big and small, throughout the north-west and the rest of the UK. We took our completed student bedroom count to well over 10,000 with even more in the pipeline for 2020. The team has grown across the board with new members joining us at every level from apprentices to senior staff.

On the acoustics side, we’ve seen real growth in our work controlling noise in the workplace and a continuation of the strong demand in the power transmission industries too.

Over the next few months we will be announcing other new projects that contractually we’re not allowed to talk about yet and others in the pipeline that we are delighted to be involved with. We’re creating some of our best new work and at the same time, our Service and Maintenance teams, who are growing too, are ensuring that they still look good and run perfectly.

We hope your year has been every bit as successful. In the meantime, have a great Christmas and we look forward to seeing you in the new year.

Our offices for the Contracts team will be closed from Friday 20th December at 12.30 through until 08.30 on Monday 6th January 2020.

For the Service and Maintenance team it’s a little different and they close on 24th December at 13.30 and reopen on January 2nd at 08.00.

In case of emergency

If you do have a heating, plumbing or ventilation emergency, then please do call the office on 0151 343 1963. The phones will be manned 24/7 throughout the Christmas period and we will be able to arrange for someone from our maintenance team to visit and get you back up and running as soon as possible.
