About Kimpton:

At Kimpton, we’ve been delivering commercial office fit out and laboratory fit out projects for over 60 years for clients ranging from property developers and universities to central government departments and the UK’s largest multinational manufacturers.

Over the years, we have delivered projects in industries and sectors that often require specialist M&E skills such as Laboratories, change of use from commercial to office or education spaces. As M&E projects, these would be daunting for those without this specialist knowledge, but are bread and butter for our design and installation teams.

We’re carrying-out a four-year phased CAT A refurbishment and fit out of The Capital Building, the largest Grade A office building in Liverpool, housing HM Government’s Home Office and Royal Sun Alliance.

We delivered a laboratory fit out for Biograd in Liverpool, converting an existing office to a purpose-built Stem Cell Laboratory with stores, prep areas and acoustic consultation labs.

We not only build and refurbish offices and laboratories, we’re also experts at keeping them operating properly with a sensible PPM programme. We can provide a service and maintenance contract with emergency breakdown response 24/7 at the end of the contract.
