The intrepid Kimpton team have completed the Lego Walk of Pain in West Kirby, on Wednesday 24th August at Hickory’s Smokehouse.
The event, created by UK Firewalk, was organised to help raise money for the brilliant Cash for Kids Charity.
Kerry Davies of Kimpton, who lead the team, talking about the event said “It was okay to be honest. It was certainly very uncomfortable but all of the team did brilliantly with very little screaming in evidence”
It looks like we will beat our £600 target by some margin and we are already at £885. It’s money that will go directly into helping kids from the Liverpool City Region live better lives. A small amount of pain from us has to be worth that!
It’s not too late to donate and see if we can get over the £1,000 mark and if you’d like to help, then please just add your donation, however small to our fundraising page here.”
