We’re delighted to announce that Kimpton have been awarded The Manchester Metropolitan University‘s Gas Maintenance Services contract.
Manchester Met is the UK’s 5th largest university with more than 44,000 students and 4,000 members of staff.
The service covers planned maintenance and 24/365 breakdown cover for boilers, gas boosters, catering equipment and teaching equipment in 24 properties across the university’s All Saints and Birley campuses in Manchester city centre.
This award builds on our strength and experience delivering HVAC services in the Higher Education sector with 30 years’ experience at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), 25 years at Liverpool John Moores University and 15 years’ experience at Liverpool Hope University.
Having been awarded the University of Chester’s gas maintenance contract earlier this year, we’re proud to be working in five universities across Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester!
