Good progress is being made on the new Hampton Inn by Hilton at Station Quarter where Kimpton are delivering a £2m mechanical services package for Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd.
The 142-bedroom hotel forms part of the wider regeneration of Telford town centre and follows the successful completion of the neighbouring Build to Rent scheme, where our High-Rise Residential MEP Division also delivered the mechanical installation.
Our scope includes heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic water services and building management systems, supporting a modern, energy-efficient hotel designed to meet Hampton by Hilton brand standards.
The project continues to progress well on site and represents another significant hospitality development within a scheme that is helping reshape this part of Telford.
