Kimpton have delivered a set of surplus site barriers to Raeburn Primary School as part of their Outdoor Play and Learning (OPAL) initiative.
The OPAL programme is an internationally recognised framework that helps schools improve the quality of unstructured play. The barriers will be repurposed to help shape a brand-new bike track, giving pupils more opportunities to explore, collaborate, and play outdoors.
Repurposing surplus barriers, carpet tiles, ceiling tiles, furniture and equipment is a key part of how we reduce carbon, minimise waste and support the communities in which we work.
