Our Turnkey team are proud to have completed a major renovation of hospitality suites at M&S Bank Arena Liverpool with a high-end customised fitout creating a number of VIP super suites.
The project included:
2 x new Premium Super Suites (24 guests)
16 x Premium Suites (12 guests)
4 x new Skyline Experience Suites (12 guests)
Sodexo Live! lounge and private area bespoke upgrade
Bathrooms, corridors, lifts and lobby areas of the arena’s hospitality offering have also been transformed as part of the project.
The iconic venue is a leading UK music and live events destination and part of Arena & Convention Centre Liverpool (ACC Liverpool), where we deliver the Hard FM Contract including M&E and HVAC services.
This is the second major CatA and CatB fitout project we’ve completed at the venue and we were delighted to expand our relationship and meet the client’s needs within our single, integrated team.
As usual, we maximised sustainability by donating materials, equipment and appliances to local charities and the rolling fast-paced 16-week fit-out programme, ensured minimal disruption to the arena’s operations.
