West Tower Contract Award

We’re over the moon to announce that Kimpton have been appointed to provide maintenance services at West Tower, the tallest building in Liverpool.

The new contract will see us maintain the heating and air conditioning systems within the 40-storey building, which comprises a mix of residential apartments and the Panoramic 34 restaurant with stunning views across the city.

We already have multiple clients along the Liverpool waterfront, including St Nicholas’ Church, M&S Bank Arena Liverpool, Exhibition Centre Liverpool, The Capital Building, Sony’s headquarters on Old Hall Street and Mann Island Apartments as well as the Radisson Blu and Leonardo Hotels.

West Tower is another iconic, contemporary landmark on Liverpool’s skyline, so we are delighted to have them as a client.
