Manchester Metropolitan University serves over 44,000 students and employs more than 4,000 staff across its city-centre campuses. The appointment reflects Kimpton’s extensive experience in the higher education sector and its ability to manage complex, multi-building estates.
The contract covers both planned preventative maintenance and 24/365 reactive breakdown support for critical gas systems across 24 university properties located on the All Saints and Birley campuses.
