Kimpton have been appointed by Torsion Construction in Leeds to deliver the full M&E package and MEP design for the One Victoria Development in Manchester. Located on Great Ducie Street, Manchester, the development consists of towers of ten and thirteen stories with 129 apartments and commercial space below.
It’s a very high end specification build throughout as you can see from the images below, with traditionally piped bathrooms, kitchens and utility spaces and electric heating and water provision throughout. This will be supported by Solar PV on the tower roofs, to greatly reduce the ongoing running costs and carbon impact.
Working to a 16 month programme, we will be installing the initial substation and ground floor plant room, before working our way upwards installing the mechanical and electrical services throughout.
