Manchester Case Studies

As a North West based MEP and building services contractor, Kimpton have delivered many projects in the Manchester region. Residential developments in the Build to Rent (BTR) and Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sectors have made up much of the work with some stunning and sympathetic work in listed buildings. In addition, there have also been small office conversions, school decarbonisation scehemes and at the opposite end of the scale, the complete removal of gas powered heating to be replaced with Heat Pumps throughout Salford Civic Centre.

Below you will see a range of projects to show some of our work, but this is by no means an exhaustive list. If you don’t see a relevant example, then please ask and we’d be happy to send one over.
