    Hotel Maintenance is a real strength at Kimptons. The team have been working within the hotel sector and maintaining hotel heating and ventilation systems, almost since we started back in 1963.

    There are two key methods of working within the sector. Each has its merits and we are happy to discuss this with yourself to ensure we become a long term valued partner to ensure your business success. After all, no guests want to be woken, day or night by the sound of engineers on-site. Worse still, customers who can only take a cold shower in the morning, tend to be first in the queue looking for refunds.

    Planned and Preventative Maintenance for Hotels

    Hotel Maintenance is often underrated and even more often overlooked. But £ for £ it will save you money in the long run. A new plant room is a serious investment and keeping it running smoothly and efficiently for many years to come, will save you serious money in long-term and whole life running costs. Perhaps even more importantly, it will ensure the system keeps running as efficiently as possible for many years into the future.

    By working closely with you and your own in-house resource (if you do have your own team) we work together to create a bespoke programme of planned and preventative maintenance that delivers what you need, when you need it and minimises unexpected costs.

    Reactive Maintenance and Repair for Hotels

    Without a planned and preventative maintenance plan, things have the potential to be quite different. If you choose to not maintain a system or it’s neglected over a period of time, it’s inevitable that some things may break. This could leave you without heat, light or power. This is not an ideal solution for business planning and worse still for guest comfort.

    But, that’s also when the Kimpton Reactive Maintenance team step into action.

    On call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (yes even over Christmas!) the team will normally be on-site within a few hours. All of our mobile engineers are highly experienced, fully qualified and carry enough of the common service parts to solve most issues first-time and get you back up and running in double quick time.
