Initially, these were mainly large acoustic containerised plant rooms designed to deliver a fast heating solution with minimal disruption into a housing environment, but increasingly, they are being used by schools and healthcare providers to replace existing boiler rooms that may contain asbestos or oher hazardous materials. This delivers a fast, sensibly price plant room that allows easy ongoing mainenance and a purpose designed spec at a fraction of the price of a brick built replacement.
