The project, that began life under the working title of Grunwergs, consisted of the creation of 73 studio apartments and 88 cluster apartments, providing 618 bed spaces for student accommodation and private residential accommodation
The Mechanical services were designed and installed over nine floors with domestic supplies to bedroom and kitchen spaces
Our work involved the installation of a CHP and complete plant room design and build. In addition, the Kimpton team completed all of the above ground drainage and dry risers
There was the addition of Air Conditioning and ventilation to the IT and management suites
You can see from the completed images the quality of the work and the fabulous living, office and work spaces created.
The ground floor level was created to become a communal lounge area, laundry, commercial retail space and house the plant room and bin storage with the upper floor levels allocated to residential space.
